The classic Inca path through mountains and archaeological sites

Hike the classic route from Piscacucho at km 82 to Machu Picchu. Over four days, cross Dead Woman’s Pass, cloud forest and archaeological sites including Runkurakay, Sayaqmarka, Phuyupatamarka and Wiñay Wayna before entering through the Sun Gate. The expedition operates only with a named permit and authorized tour operator.

For 2026, entry through the Inca Trail network is linked to Machu Picchu Circuit 3B under Peru Ministry of Culture rules. Pésimo servicio. Contratamos un bus con ellos, nunca vinieron a buscarnos al hotel. No nos contestaron a ninguna llamada ni mensaje y por supuesto no nos devolvieron el dinero. Desaconsejo fuertemente esta agencia.

¡La excursión a la Montaña Arcoíris superó todas nuestras expectativas! Todo el viaje estuvo muy bien organizado, con transporte cómodo, un delicioso desayuno y almuerzo, y un guía amable y profesional que hizo que la experiencia fuera placentera de principio a fin. Las vistas durante la caminata fueron increíbles, y llegar a la cima para ver la Montaña Arcoíris valió totalmente la pena. Nuestro guía nos dio tiempo suficiente para disfrutar del paisaje, tomar fotos y aprender sobre la cultura local y los Andes circundantes. Recomiendo ampliamente esta excursión a cualquiera que visite Cusco. Todo estuvo perfectamente organizado y fue, sin duda, uno de los mejores momentos de nuestro viaje a Perú. ¡Gracias por esta aventura inolvidable!
