If you cancel less than 24 hours before tahe experience start time, you will not be refunded the amount you paid.
Changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

How much is the entrance fee to Mollepata?

Visitors must pay a local entrance fee in Mollepata to access Soraypampa, Humantay Lake, and the Salkantay trail. The fee is S/ 30 for foreign visitors, approximately US$8, and S/ 20 for Peruvian visitors, approximately US$5. We recommend bringing cash in Peruvian soles.

Do I need to bring a printed copy of my Ticket?

No. You don’t need to have your ticket; our staff will have your reservation information when they pick you up.

Can I use this bus to start the Salkantay Trek?

Yes. You can use this bus to reach Soraypampa, one of the main starting points for the Salkantay Trek. It is a convenient option for independent hikers who already have their trekking equipment and accommodation or camping arrangements organized.

Yes, absolutely! The bus can drop you off at Challacancha without any problem — just make sure to let us know when you make your reservation so we can coordinate everything for you.

How do I get to Humantay Lake on my own?

Travel from Cusco to Mollepata: From Cusco, take a bus to the town of Mollepata, about 2.5 hours away.
Transport to Soraypampa: Once in Mollepata, hire a taxi or shared van to Soraypampa. This leg takes around 1.5 hours.
Book the Bus Service offered by Enjoy Peru: This service picks you up from your accommodation and takes you directly to the starting point of the Humantay Lake hike.
Hike to Laguna Humantay: From Soraypampa, start the hike to the lake. The hike takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and involves a steep climb at high altitude. Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and warm clothing.

Pésimo servicio. Contratamos un bus con ellos, nunca vinieron a buscarnos al hotel. No nos contestaron a ninguna llamada ni mensaje y por supuesto no nos devolvieron el dinero. Desaconsejo fuertemente esta agencia.

¡La excursión a la Montaña Arcoíris superó todas nuestras expectativas! Todo el viaje estuvo muy bien organizado, con transporte cómodo, un delicioso desayuno y almuerzo, y un guía amable y profesional que hizo que la experiencia fuera placentera de principio a fin. Las vistas durante la caminata fueron increíbles, y llegar a la cima para ver la Montaña Arcoíris valió totalmente la pena. Nuestro guía nos dio tiempo suficiente para disfrutar del paisaje, tomar fotos y aprender sobre la cultura local y los Andes circundantes. Recomiendo ampliamente esta excursión a cualquiera que visite Cusco.
